Casting

The faucet casting process involves several key steps: creating a precise pattern, preparing and fabricating the mold, melting the chosen metal (typically brass or aluminum), and pouring it into the mold. Once cooled, the mold is removed, and the cast component is cleaned and machined for final dimensions and surface finish. Rigorous inspection ensures quality and functionality. The component is then assembled into the final faucet product and packaged for distribution. Each stage is crucial for producing high-quality, durable faucet parts that meet design specifications and performance standards, ensuring a reliable and aesthetically pleasing final product.
